Lucerne Moth or Clover Nomophila
Nomophila nearctica
Family: Crambid Snout Moths (Crambidae)

Wingspan: 24-35 mm

Flight period: April to November; peak July to October; diurnal and attracted to light

Caterpillar host plants: Wide variety of low plants such as celery, grasses, smartweed (Polygonum spp.), and sweet clover.
